The Project Room™ is an essential resource. It is a
client internet portal that acts as a virtual
information room storing reports and analyses compiled for a particular client under the Marker Flag™.
We realise risks may change during the course of a transaction. With this in mind, via the project room clients can access our
up-to-date analysis on the various risks – political,
reputational, legal – that could impact the timing or structure of a transaction.

The Work Area holds
non-sensitive information and documents relating to the
specific client project (highly sensitive reports are delivered separately). Our experts will upload reports
and analysis, so that the client has instant access to the most up-to-date information. The portal also
provides a list of the people working on the project and their contact details.
Our regular
Marker Update is emailed by midday on the day of publication and can
be
viewed any time in the Project Room™. It provides a
succinct analysis of news that is relevant to the transaction: our extensive
network of contacts will have verified local developments before advising on the possible impact on a client's
business and transaction.
The Project Room™ is set up in a
modular way so it can be expanded and tailored to the
client. Every member of the client's transaction team can view the latest
intelligence reports
as they are uploaded. To ensure
confidentiality, the client determines access rights.
